Someone very special to me just moved to Seattle. He got a job a few weeks ago and was so excited. After talking to a few people around town he wasn’t that sure about the city. Not hearing anything good and only about the rain and how depressing Seattle was he was wondering if he should even go. But he did and he already loves it. I was planning on going to visit at the end of the year but he wants me to come next week! That’s how much he loves it there and wants me to see it too. I’m so excited now and can’t wait to visit Seattle because I’ve never been there before. Have you been to Seattle before? What did you think?

Be sure to takes pics and post about it when you get back!!
Thanks for stopping by my blog!;-)
I love the idea of seattle. I think I would love it. I love rain...so it might be a good match! Our friends moved out their a couple of years ago, they love it! We keep saying we are going to visit them but its so far away!
I adore Seattle. Beautiful. Fun. Excellent Food.
I used to live in Bellingham and commute to work in North Seattle. It's really beautiful, lots of great restaurants and outdoor activities. If you get out and enjoy the area, the rain doesn't matter. :) Good morning from SITS!
Stopping by from SITS.
I love Seattle. I lived there for six years and would give anything to move back. Seattlites feel it's their duty to warn you about the rain so you don't move there with false impressions (most people visit in Summer when it doesn't rain). It's a fun culture. Enjoy your trip!
Just stopping by from SITS to say hi! Great blog!! I've not been to Seattle, but I want to go! Have a great holiday weekend, and if you get a chance come over and check out my 5 DAYS OF GIVEAWAYS...today's the last day of new listings!

Since I currently live in Tacoma, I've been to Seattle once or twice :) & I love it. I'd rather live there, for the art & music, etc. but since that's not practical, I'll have to make do with visiting from time to time. I hope your friend likes his new home.
So when are you going?? lol
visiting from sits!! i went to seattle for the first time last winter and we had a blast.....we loved pikes market so much. We had bad luck at the crab pot but everyone else seems to love it. i don't know if you are a fan of twilight but we took a day trip over to forks and i acted like a twelve year old on a treasure hunt lol. have a fun trip!!
I live just north of Seattle now but I've lived in and out of it all my life. Seattle (if on foot) is amazing! I have spent countless days just wandering and have still not found all of it. Amazing food, book shops, markets, people, music, shops! Make sure to visit Pike Place, and the beaches (despite the weather).
I have never been to Seattle but I thought I'd add my 2 pence worth and say how much I like the picture in your post! :-)
Seattle is amazing, there are just SO many places off the beaten path and in the different little communities that just makes it a wonderful city. I used to live there and long to return - but alas I'm in love with a Texas boy so I doubt there is much hope for anything more than a quick vacation. There are also some beautiful surrounding areas within a couple hours- Whidbey Island, Deception Pass State Park, Lake Chelan, - I could go on and on. You should definitely visit the sooner the better!
Found you via SITS and I Love the creativity of some of your projects.
